Description

Scary, yummy and healthy Mixed Spices and Raisins Raw Monster’s Fingers: your perfect Halloween treat! Make them and scare your guests!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE NAILS:
  • 20 pieces Almonds
  • FOR THE FINGERS:
  • 120 grams Almonds
  • 110 grams Raisins
  • 70 grams Almond Butter
  • ¼ cups Ground Flaxseeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Mixed Spices

Preparation

For the nails:
Place the almonds in a little bowl and cover them with hot water. When the water is lukewarm, peel the almonds by rubbing them between your fingers. You will now have your nails; set aside.

For the fingers:
Crumble almonds in a food processor and set aside.

Blend the raisins together with almond butter. Add crumbled almonds, flaxseeds, and the mixed spices. Place everything in a bowl.

Take a little amount of dough and press it in your hand as if closing a fist. Now you will have a deformed cylinder. Place it on a surface lined with baking paper. Give it a better shape by pressing with the index finger and thumb of both hands in order to shape a knuckle.

Place a white almond on the edge of the finger to resemble a nail, press down gently. Take a butter knife and make three little wrinkles just after the nail and another three after the knuckle.

Place the monster’s fingers in the fridge. Now you can scare your guests!
