Ever since my junior year in college, a group of friends and I have gathered together to celebrate Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish new year). Even after we all graduated and moved away, we still get together to celebrate this holiday. This is my favorite chicken recipe that we make!
Note: I use sugar-free honey and reduced-sodium soy sauce to help control the sugar and salt content of this recipe.
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with pepper. Put wings in a large baking dish.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup, and garlic until well blended. Pour over the chicken.
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is well done and sauce is thick.
