My Grandma’s sweet potato casserole tweaked a bit to use only whole organic ingredients. Sweet potatoes whipped with butter and brown sugar and topped with sugared pecans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together sweet potatoes, rapadura, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour into an 8×8 buttered dish. Mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake for 35 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
