This creamy corn casserole tastes like an extra creamy cornbread that you eat with a spoon! It’s the perfect Thanksgiving side dish. The bonus? It’s so easy! Just dump all the ingredients together in a bowl, stir and bake!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix canned corn, sugar, butter, sour cream and eggs together in a large bowl. Add Jiffy cornbread mix and stir.
Spread the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the mixture has set. It may still be slightly jiggly, but that’s okay!
