Description

This is a somewhat familiar recipe. There are other variations out there; my in-laws do not like coconut, which is why it is their recipe. This recipe has 5 ingredients, very simple. This is very, very yummy! I am sure these can be baked any time of year, but for my in-laws, this is a Christmas cookie.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Crushed Nuts
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (approximately)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Crush the graham crackers (about 3 bags).
3. Crush the nuts. We always use walnuts, but knock yourself out with varieties.
4. Mix the crushed graham crackers, condensed milk, crushed nuts, and chocolate chips. Place in an ungreased cake pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.

Let cookies completely cool, cut in small pieces (a little larger than bite size), and dunk into the powdered sugar. These usually don’t last a night, and my advice to you is don’t inhale when you take a bite—powdered sugar is dangerous!

Very Good. I am not a cookie person but I like this one very much. This is dangerously addicting. Once you tried it, it is very hard not to take another one..,and another one. Thank you:)
