Moist, chocolaty tiny brownies, baked in tiny paper cups. Just for a mouthful and delish!
Top with a rosebud, mint chocolate wafer or large chips.
Makes a great gift in a lovely basket.
In small saucepan, melt sugar, butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat, and let cool for 1 minute.
Blend in vanilla and beaten egg. Gently fold in flour until just blended. Spoon into tiny paper baking cups.
Bake in a 350F oven for 10 minutes. Under-bake them by 1 minute so that when you top them with your Rosebuds or chips, they will melt better!!
Note: I use my 24-holed miniature muffin tin with papers.
