This is an elegant addition to your holiday table. Serve as a side or atop a pretty green salad.
Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the chestnuts and toss to coat and heat through, about 2 minutes. Add vinegar and cherry juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to a glaze, 3 minutes or so. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
