Vanilla Cream Protein Shake

Description
A healthy, creamy, thick protein shake that tastes like a vanilla cream frappe.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Vanilla Kefir Or Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cups Non-fat Milk Or Milk Of Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ teaspoons Stevia
- 1 cup Ice
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Note: If you don’t have vanilla kefir, use vanilla yogurt instead.
