Description
S’more Frappe: An iced coffee and chocolate blended drink topped with marshmallow fluff, chocolate syrup and crushed snickerdoodle cookie.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Coffee
- ⅓ cups Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
- ¼ cups Non-fat Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Stevia (more To Taste)
- ½ cups Ice
- 1 pinch Xanthan Gum (optional, It To Thicken The Drink)
- ¼ cups Jet Puff Marshmallow Puff
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup, Sugar Free (I Used Homemade)
- 1 dash Crushed Graham Cracker Or A Snickerdoodle Cookie (optional)
Preparation
Place coffee, coconut milk, fat free milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, stevia, ice and xanthan gum in a blender. Process until combined.
Pour into serving cups, and evenly divide the marshmallow fluff and syrup between the cups. Top with graham cracker crumbs or crushed snickerdoodle cookie.
