A deliciously refreshing cocktail with an herbaceous hint.
Fill tumblers or other glasses with ice that has been rimmed with sugar. Add vodka, rosemary simple syrup (more depending on sweetness preference), and grapefruit juice. Stir gently and garnish with rosemary and grapefruit wedge.
Note: To make rosemary simple syrup, in a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water over medium low heat. Bring to a low boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved Stir in 2 rosemary sprigs and take off the heat. Allow the syrup to come to room temperature. Remove/discard the rosemary and pour syrup into a resealable container. Refrigerate for a few hours prior to use.
