Due to anaphylactic reactions to some foods, I had to begin eating simply, to help prevent life-threatening reactions. If I’d known about simple, sweet, succulent beverages (and snacks) like this sooner, life (and eating) would have been so much easier.
Stir a small handful (or the amount you prefer) of organic raw goji berries into 16 ounces of filtered water. Let sit for a few minutes. Maybe go take a shower. Upon return, lovely tea and juicy berries await. Sip. Nibble. Slurp.

I am lucky enough to have a (semi) local grocery store that carries these raw goji berries – this tea is incredible. Thank you so much – and I don’t even LIKE tea 9 times out of 10!
I cannot wait to try more of your simple & healthy creations! <3

This sounds wonderful, I never thought about making a tea from goji berries. Great idea!
