This lip-smacking good smoothie has all the rich, creamy, decadent taste without a lot of the fat and calories!
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with an additional sprinkling of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick, if desired. (Note that if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can omit it or just add the equivalent amount of cinnamon.)

Lovely! I noticed that you have ‘banana’ as a tag and you also mention banana in your blog post but you don’t have it listed in your ingredients list. Would you add it for us—or just delete the banana tag if it’s not in there?
When done making the changes, just click ‘make recipe visible’ and ‘save’ and we’ll get this posted!
