Description

This is sooo refreshing on the beach(if you are allowed to have alcohol on your beach) or while slaving over a hot grill! Be cafeful, though, the Malibu will sneak up on you before you know it!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, Cubed And Seeded
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Malibu Rum (any Flavor, I Like Mango)

Preparation

Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth. At this point, you may want to strain it through a wire mesh stainer and discard the solids, but I kinda like the pulp.

Mix in water and Malibu. Pour into a pretty pitcher and serve.
