Lemon & Mint Sun Tea

Description
Sweet & refreshing on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
- 1 gallon Plus 2/3 Cup Cold Water
- ⅔ cups Sugar
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint
- 1 whole Lemon, Sliced
- 2 whole Lipton Large Iced Tea Bags
Preparation
First heat up the sugar and 2/3 cups water in a small saucepan for about 3-5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes a simple syrup.
Fill up a large gallon sized jar with cold water and add the simple syrup.
Add the mint and lemon slices and top off with the tea bags, screwing the tea bag strings into the lid of the jar.
Place out in the sun for several hours while the tea brews.
Serve chilled with ice!
