A healthier all-natural kid-approved lemonade with a hint of mint. Great color and great tasting. What better than to cool off on a hot day with a refreshing glass of lemonade.
Prepare lemons by rolling them while pressing down on them to release the juice inside. Cut each lemon in half and juice over a strainer to get 1 cup of fresh juice.
Combine lemon juice, agave nectar and cold water in a 2-quart pitcher. Add freshly chopped mint and the ice and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more to allow the mint to steep in the lemonade.
Pour over ice in a tall glass and enjoy.
