Fruit Salad Champagne Cocktail

Description
A refreshing fruity cocktail to use up the fruit you have lying around!
Ingredients
- 1 package 1lb Package Of Mixed Fruits (I Used Strawberries, Watermelon, Cantaloupe And Kiwi Cubes)
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 bottle (750ml Size) Prosecco Champagne
Preparation
Add your fruits and lemon juice to a food processor or blender and process on high until well blended. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of fruit puree into a glass chilled with ice, then pour champagne over it.
