Description
This classic Pimm’s cocktail is so simple and refreshing! It’s the perfect cold beverage to serve at any warm weather gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 slices Cucumber
- 2 slices Lemon, Plus Additional For Garnish
- 3 whole Mint Leaves
- ¼ cups Pimm's Liqueur
- Ginger Ale, For Topping Off
Preparation
Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves into a tall, thin glass and use muddler to lightly crush all of it to release the flavors.
Add ice cubes to the glass and Pimm’s. Finally, fill the glass the rest of the way with ginger ale. Garnish the top with more mint leaves and an extra slice of lemon and serve immediately!
