Description
Sweet, chocolaty cocktail to share with your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 ounce, fluid Half-and-Half (We Used Fat Free)
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Pinnacle Chocolate Vodka
- 1 ounce, fluid Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 ounce, fluid Creme De Cacao
- 1 ounce, fluid Whipped Cream Topping (we Used Fat Free)
- 1 ounce, weight Chocolate (to Shave Over Top)
Preparation
Combine the cocoa powder and half-and-half in a cup and microwave for approximately 20 seconds. Stir to combine and microwave for a few more seconds, if needed. Allow a minute to cool and then pour into a cocktail shaker along with the chocolate vodka, chocolate liqueur and creme de cacao. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with whipped cream and dusting of shaved chocolate.
