Description

Try this refreshing juice packed with vitamins, full of flavor and with this beautiful color to celebrate these summer-like days.

Ingredients

  • 1  Carrot
  • 1  Lime
  • 2  Apples
  • Ice
  • 2 cups Or 500 Ml Water

Preparation

Peel the carrot and cut into medium pieces.

If using a Thermomix:
Place the carrot pieces into TM chop 4 seconds or speed 7. Squeeze the lime in and blend for 4 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down the sides.

Wash and cut each apple into 8 pieces and remove the core. Add and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down the sides.

Add ice and press Turbo a couple of times. Add water and blend for 60 seconds or speed7.

With a cloth, strain the juice to a mug and serve or refrigerate up to 3 days.

If using a food processor or blender:
Place the carrot pieces into the blender or food processor and chop until you see very little pieces. Squeeze lime into the food processor and blender. Blend for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides.

Wash and cut each apple into 8 pieces and remove the core. Add and chop until it looks like a puree. Scrape down the sides.

Add water and blend for 1 minute. With a cloth, strain juice to a mug, then add some ice desired. Serve or refrigerate up to 3 days.

Notes:
1. Add as much ice and water as you like.
2. Add more lime juice and/or apples to taste.
