Description

Really easy refreshing summertime smoothie with a twang of lemon and the sweetness of blueberries. The perfect compliment to a summer hot day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cups Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (optional)
  • 3 cups Ice Cubes

Preparation

Toss all in a blender and blend until smooth!

This was awesome! It actually made enough for me and my three kids and enough to put the rest in the freezer for my hubby had to add a little extra milk as it was too thick for my blender to mix all the way. VERY TASTY!

Yummy! I love the addition of the frozen lemonade. Mine was a little thick (more like a slushie) probably because I used all frozen blueberries.

So delicious!! A perfect summer (well, anytime!) treat. My first time making smoothies, and I learned that it is important to put ingredients in the blender in the order on the recipe! I did ice first (no clue why), and I won’t ever do that again :)
