Description
Part tea, part lemonade, and all kinds of delicious. This easy and refreshing drink is so popular at my house that a pitcher barely lasts a day.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 6 whole Black Tea Bags
- 1 cup White Sugar
- ½ cups Lemon Juice
- Extra Cold Water
Preparation
Boil the the water in a pot, and remove from heat. Add the tea bags and allow to steep for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into a 2-gallon pitcher and add sugar and lemon juice. Fill the remaining way with cold water.
Mix until all the sugar is dissolved into the tea, and serve over ice cubes (since it will still be a little warm) or refrigerate.
