Non-traditional peanut clusters. My husband loved the chocolate ones until I got this recipe. These are his new favorites. It’s the toffee bits and peanuts, I think.
1. Line baking sheets or counter tops with waxed paper.
2. In a double boiler heat confectioners’ coating until melted, stirring constantly until smooth.
3. Pour in white chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts and almond toffee bits.
4. Remove from heat and drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool for an hour, or until hardened.

Nice change from the traditional chocolate clusters. we now prefer them over the chocolate. Great during the holidays when everything is traditionally chocolate. Nice change!

I love to make these. I made them last year for Christmas gifts. I put them in cute little containers wrapped in cellophane and gave them to neighbors. They loved them. I love the toffee bits that you get in them. So easy to put together too! I think this would be a great Valentine candy too!
