Description
White cake with a yummy homemade peanut butter frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 box White Cake Mix, With Needed Ingredients As Listed On Box
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Creamy Or Crunchy Peanut Butter, Your Choice
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar, Sifted
- ¼ cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Prepare white cake according to directions on the box and let cool completely.
Meanwhile, mix butter and peanut butter until blended. Add 1 cup of sugar and mix, then half the milk, then the rest of the sugar, then the rest of the milk, mixing after each addition. Add vanilla. Beat for about a minute until very creamy. Spread over prepared cake.
