Juicy watermelon and crisp, crackling toasted coconut. This dessert or snack is fresh, light and can’t be passed up!
In a pan or skillet, toast the shredded, sweetened coconut on medium-high heat. Toast for approximately 10 minutes, or until the coconut starts to brown and become stiff. Put watermelon into a dish. Garnish the watermelon with the coconut and dig in!
