These healthy Vegan Sugar-Free Energy Balls are a great afternoon or post workout snack. They are 100% vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, healthy, and tasty!
Add dates to a food processor and process on high until finely ground. Add walnuts, sesame flour, flax seeds, and vanilla extract and grind again until dough begins to form. If mixture is too dry, add 1 teaspoon water.
Move mixture to a bowl and add chopped almonds and hazelnuts. Form mixture into balls and repeat until no dough remains.
Roll balls in the coconut. Serve and enjoy!
