Soak dates in water for 10 minutes to soften. In a blender (or a food processor), add avocados, dates, cocoa powder, and half of the almond milk. Scrape down the sides of the jug a few times, and add the rest of the almond milk. You might need more liquid depending on the size of the avocados. If the mixture is not sweet enough for you, add maple syrup to taste and blend again.
Serve and garnish with your favorite topping of choice. We chose pistachios!
