Moist vanilla bean cupcakes with creamy frosting.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs together until fluffy. Add vanilla and scraped vanilla beans. Make sure vanilla is mixed into the batter.
Combine dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) in a bowl. Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet batter, mixing until just combined. Add the milk. Once mixed, add remaining dry ingredients.
Pour into cupcake tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool, then frost.

maybe i am reading this wrong, but i dont see the recipe for the frosting?
