Tres Leches is a rich, creamy, gelatin-like milk flan or custard that’s delicious when paired up with fruit!
In a small pot, boil water Add gelatin, blend and set aside to cool.
In another bowl, add table cream, condensed milk, and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Add cooled gelatin to milk mixture.
Pour into individual sprayed custard molds. Refrigerate until set like jello, about 3 hours. Unmold and serve.I like mine with a dash of cinnamon and fresh strawberries! Enjoy!
