Made this again today. Such an easy pie and so delicious. The ingredients are something that I always have on hand. Today I popped it into a frozen pie crust….oh so easy, rich and delicious.

We are making this for Pi Day today, being that it’s 3.14! My daughter chose this one to make and it was so easy. She also made one to take into her Algebra class tomorrow!

This has become a family favorite! So easy to make, especially if you use a frozen crust. More often than not, I have all the ingredients on hand to whip one up at the spur of the moment.
