Description

Rich, dense, delicious!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ cups Unsalted Butter
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 bag (12 Oz) Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and the salt. Mix these together with a fork.

In a large saucepan on top of your stove combine butter, sugar and water. Bring just to a boil and then remove the pan from heat. Use a small whisk to keep them stirred up and smooth.

Add one cup of the chocolate morsels and the vanilla, stir until they are melted and the mixture is velvety. Add in the eggs, one at a time mixing well after each one.

Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining 6 ounces (1 cup) of chocolate chips and the nuts.

Spread into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake 34-40 minutes until middle tests dry, or edges start to pull away from the pan.
