Description

These coconut flour brownies are made in under 30 minutes and are 100% paleo-friendly!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Almond Butter
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Cacao Powder
  • ½ cups Coconut Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4  Eggs
  • ½ cups Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF and grease an 8×8 pan.

Turn a stove burner on low and add coconut oil, almond butter, and cacao powder in a saucepan. Gently heat until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate bowl, add coconut flour, salt, and baking soda and mix. Add eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Slowly pour in chocolate mixture and mix until smooth. Add chocolate chips in and mix one more time if using them!

Pour into greased pan and smooth out any uneven edges. Bake for 10–15 minutes, inserting a toothpick in the center to check if it is done.

Place in the fridge to harden the chocolate then cut into 12 brownies!
