A wonderful puff pastry dessert with rhubarb, almond paste and white chocolate. It might sound too rich but it really wasn’t!
Roll out your puff pastry on your work surface. Bake puff pastry according to package instructions. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
Grate your almond paste and sprinkle it over the pastry. Finely chop your rhubarb and coat it with the sugar then put this on the puff pastry as well. Grate your white chocolate and sprinkle over the top. Serve with whipped cream!
