My neighbor used to make this for us all the time. One of my all time favorite desserts!
Preheat oven to 325.
Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes.
Add 5 eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and lemon extract.
Fold in Sprite.
Pour into well greased bundt pan.
Bake @ 325 for 1-1 1/4 hours.
Let cool 10-15 minutes.
Flip out on to cooling rack.
Enjoy!

I used A.P. flour and I think I got it right. Turned out great…I just over-filled my bundt pan. Oops. Still tasted delicious but next time I’ll only fill it about 1/2 way.
Thanks for a great recipe. I even drizzled a little icing on top (powdered sugar and milk). Wonderful!
