One of my earliest memories is making snow ice cream with my Grandma who passed away 18 years ago. Thank you so much for posting this and bringing back one my happiest childhood memories. =) I’ll save the recipe and maybe this winter share it with my girls! Thank you again!

My dad used to make snow ice cream for us when we were little kids! We loved it, but I haven’t had it in a long time. This winter, I might just have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing your recipe as it has taken me back to winter days from my childhood!

I’ve made this before and it’s really good! One tip – you need to make sure you use clean snow. You should make sure that is has snowed for at least 2 hours before you collect the snow so that all the pollutants in the air have already been cleared out. Also make sure it’s away from the house, road and any animals :).

Enjoy it!!
