A great dessert using the season’s bounty of strawberries!
Take the round discs of angel food cake, or a slice of cake, and cut in half horizontally, so you have a top and bottom.
Add the scoops of your favorite ice cream (vanilla or Dutch chocolate are good) to the bottom piece of cake.
Top with sliced strawberries, dividing them among both cakes.
Top with the top half of the angle food cake disc.
Add a dollop of whip cream. Enjoy!
