Fudgy and perfectly portioned brownie made with black beans and good-for-you ingredients. A dessert or snack that won’t weight you down, and you can feel good about eating.
Combine all ingredients and place in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and beans and oats are completely broken down.
Pour into a greased mug or ramekin and place in the microwave for 2–3 minutes. Remove from microwave and eat. Top with ice cream, chocolate chips, peanut butter, nuts, etc.
