Yummy brownies with a graham cracker crust and topped with poofy marshmallows. So delicious!
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a foil-lined and greased 13×9 inch pan.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package). Pour batter over the graham cracker crust and bake according to package directions.
Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes. Place marshmallows all over the top of the brownies and place under the broiler until the tops are getting browned and the marshmallows are poofing up a bit. Remove from the broiler and serve warm.

Just made these tonight and they’re great! I did one batch like the recipe above but I put them in muffin pans so that i can serve them up individually for Christmas gifts at my office. Then I did a 2nd batch the same way, but I put McVite’s Digestives in the bottom of the large muffin pan. They are the exact shape and size and fit perfectly!
