This is a delicious bark to make for the holidays or any time that’s a little different. Salty, sweet, chewy and crunchy, this might be the perfect candy.
Melt chocolate on a double boiler (I just put a glass bowl on top of a 4-quart sauce pan with simmering water). Stir chocolates until melted thoroughly. In another pan, stir caramels over medium heat with a splash of water and melt down. Pour melted chocolate out onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and spread out to desired thickness. Immediately drizzle caramel on top and then drop blueberries from above so they sink into the chocolate a little bit. Sprinkle a little sea or kosher salt on top and then freeze, break apart, and devour.
