A quick, easy summer dessert!
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Scoop out peach pits and roast peaches, halved side up, on a lined baking sheet for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool briefly then scoop one tablespoon of goat cheese in the center of each peach half. Drizzle honey over the peaches and top with roasted hazelnuts.

OMGosh! I love this – I make grapes stuffed with goat cheese w/ a honey drizzle but I have not thought of a peach! I can’t wait to try this!! Thank you
