Easy 3-ingredient healthy dessert.
Toast pine nuts in a nonstick pan for 3 minutes. Cool.
Spoon 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese into each bowl. Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over cheese. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top.
Enjoy!
