A very quick to make, and quickly eaten cake.
Prepare cake batter according to box directions and set aside. Do not bake.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with non-stick spray.
Cut the rhubarb into 1 inch pieces and layer into the bottom of your pan.
Combine jello and sugar and sprinkle on top of rhubarb.
Put marshmallows evenly on top and then pour the prepared cake mix evenly on top of all.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
Delicious warm from the oven with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

don’t wait ’til next spring! check your freezer section at your grocery. mine carries frozen rhubarb, which will work just the same!
