This is fun, easy and cheap. And it tastes oh so yummy. It’s only *slightly* addictive.
Pop popcorn kernels in a hot air popper into a metal bowl. Place bowl of corn in a 200-degree oven to keep corn and bowl hot. This prevents the chocolate from cooling too quickly while stirring.
Melt milk chocolate or semi-sweet (reindeer) or white chocolate melting chips (snowman). Pour over corn and mix VERY WELL. Spread on waxed paper on your counter to cool (DON”T refrigerate).
You can lightly salt this if you want to before it cools. Mmm…
