Luscious chocolate cupcake filled with raspberry mousse, whipped cream topping and drizzled with chocolate.
Dissolve gelatin in water as instructed on the box. Chill for about 1 hour until slightly set. Fold in whipped topping and raspberries. Chill until set.
Spoon the mousse over your favorite cupcakes. Top with extra whipped cream and drizzled chocolate.
