Description

A super easy no-bake cheese pie. Made with cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, you can’t go wrong with this smooth and creamy mix!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pre-made Pie Crust
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2  Limes, Juiced
  • ¼ teaspoons Cherry Extract (optional)
  • 8 ounces, weight Heavy Cream Whipped Or Cool Whip
  • 1 whole Cherry, For Garnish

Preparation

Bake your pre-made pie crust until slightly browned according to package directions.

Meanwhile, making sure the cheeses have softened, mix the cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, lime juice, and cherry extract until well blended.

Once crust is done and cooled, spread the cheese mixture evenly into the crust. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream and garnish with a cherry. Enjoy.
