This is mainstay at every holiday get-together we have. So delicious!
To make the crust, cream butter, then add the flour a little at a time. Gently mix in the chopped pecans. With your hands, press the crust down evenly onto a 9×13 pan, covering the entire bottom of the pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350F until crust is a little golden. Cool, then add filling.
To make the filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
Top with 2 cans of blueberry pie filling or any filling of your choice.
