This Pumpkin Spice Oreo Fudge is creamy, smooth, and full of pumpkin flavor.
Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving it hanging over on the sides.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cookies.
Spread evenly in lined pan. Chill for 3 hours or until firm.
Remove from pan and cut into squares. Enjoy!
