A perfect fall dessert! This is quick and easy and always gets rave reviews!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease a jelly roll pan.
Blend cake mix, oil, eggs, and pumpkin on low speed until moistened. Then mix at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into pan and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the top is firm to the touch. Cool completely.
For the icing: beat cream cheese, vanilla and cinnamon at low speed until blended. Add the confectioner’s sugar slowly and beat until smooth. Spread icing over cooled cake.
Serve in two inch bars.
I think you could also make these in cupcake form or in a 9×13 cake pan, just adjust the bake time accordingly.

These were delicious! However, I did not use the cream cheese icing recipe.
