This cake is delicious and moist and perfect for anytime of year and any occasion.
Combine all ingredients and mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick tests done.
I made a glaze with some melted butter, powdered sugar and milk. Drizzled it over the top and roughly chopped some pecans and sprinkled them over the top. I did this because the cake stuck to the bundt pan and I had to disguise it somehow! I think that I did a pretty good job! The cake can stand alone and doesn’t need the icing/glaze/pecans because it tastes so good!
