Description

Yummy chocolate desert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1-¼ cup Light Cream Scalded
  • 2 whole Egg Yolks
  • 3 Tablespoons Brandy Or Rum

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender, turn on high and blend until the racket stops. Pour into small dainty cups. Chill at least 3 hours.

This is a much simpler recipe than the one my mother used to make many moons ago. In fact, I was digging around in my kitchen cabinets and found a couple of boxes (had no idea what was in them) and when I opened them, there were her old pots de creme cups. With all that said, now I think I’ll use them for your recipe. Thanks!
