Delicious, light, fluffy, fresh-tasting buttercream perfect for coconut cake!
Sift powdered sugar and salt into a bowl with the butter.
Begin mixing (the Kitchen Aid whipper works best) on slow speed. Add crushed pineapple and juice.
Whip on high until the frosting becomes light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Turn it on high and walk away!
Use on your favorite cake for a tropical taste!
